A look back

I found myself easily able to focus on my breaths. And simply relax taking deep breaths. I then just let my mind wander as if I was simply going through a tunnel. I found myself thinking of my minute issues like changing oil or hanging a picture and how easy it was to do these tasks. Thought about an ex thought about a job but never stressed about it. I simply let my mind wander.
