I meditate by forgiving and loving, and that is the way out of almost anything. If I experience negativity, I forgive. Each story carries it's own lesson, and someone to me said that anytime anything negative happened to her she realized the lesson in it later. To balance out, there could be a ying and a yang, a dark and a light. love you! meditate today! eva.
