My first meditation- 7 minutes Day1

I started meditation following your description.
I sat in the living room at home in Mie Japan. It is in the countryside.
First I was destracted by a lot of sounds like , computer movement, washing machine sound, the song of the birds. Today is sunny after many rainy days so I felt the sunny light even with closing my eyes. It was comfortable but I couldn't concentrate on my body. After 7 minutes I opened my eyes and I felt refreshed!
